We provide estimates and quotes on an individual basis. We specialize in custom artwork , and therefore our designs and production requirements can be very different from project to project. Deadlines and labour costs will vary, as will material costs. We provide the customer with the information they need to have a better understanding of the work involved and the price for the job prior to beginning any order. We try very hard to avoid surprises.
Our experience has shown us that a deposit is necessary to cover any expenses related to an order, such as materials, tools or research. It also helps to commit both parties to the project and it protects our time and any investments we have made in the order. The standard deposit is usually half of the official estimate/quote amount.
It is sometimes possible for us to do rush orders, there are of course additional fees. These fees cover the production and labour costs associated with moving or setting up a new order in place of the scheduled order. Send us a message as soon as possible requesting a rush order, and we will get back to you right away to let you know if we have space in our schedule for a rush order.
